Skipped Halloween and Thanksgiving and went right to Christmas!

 Hey all.

No, I'm not really skipping Halloween and Thanksgiving, I just need to make lots and lots of Christmas tags for the local kids cancer foundation.  So, I colored this little guy today to add to my stack of tags! I just love this little image. I can image him saying "yep, I fell again!  Should I give it another try?"  This little guy is called SammiSkater and he's from Digi Doodle Studios. Stay tuned for the finished product!

Any October birthdays in the house??

 Hey there!!  It's been a minute since I posted here so I thought I should post today's card. 

These little guys are from Twistoon digital stamps.  I love how fun and quirky Twistoon digitals are.

I also used a saying from a happy birthday set from a company called Witt & Sass (who are sadly no longer around).  

This is going to make an October birthday friend very happy when they get this card (or I hope so!).

Sometimes you just need a funny card

 Hello All!!

I love making all types of cards.  And sometimes you just have that one friend who can laugh off getting older when their birthday comes around.  I have just the image that I found from PolkaDoodles on Etsy.  This digital is from the Old Bag line and she is called Scratch it.  The saying is from Taylored Expression.  They both pair so good together!

I colored this ol' Missy (I thought that name was perfect for her) with Copic markers.

Slimline cards are HOT!

Yes, slimline cards are becoming the rage now.  Everyone is making them and they are all fantastic!  

Here are two cards that I have previously made.  The first one is from The Greeting Farm using their digital stamps.  This is what I would love my craft room to look like!

This next card I made using the funny digital stamp from Twistoon Digi Store!  You can look at this card and think it's a fisherman's dream or a dentist's nightmare.  Either way, it's a funny cute card (if I do say so myself)!!

Lazy Days of Summer? Or after effects of Covid isolation?

 Since school started I swore I was done with summer cards. School had started so summer was officially closed. Then I found this super cute digital from Doctor-Digi.com and I knew it had to be made!

I used my Copics (of course) on X-Press It cardstock.  I'm usually a fan of Hammermill, but I wanted to give this cardstock a try.  OH MY GOODNESS!!  This cardstock blends the markers so much better.  The price is a little more so I will only use it on my digitals and stamps worthy of this spectacular cardstock!  (Let's face it, they are all worthy!)

Haunted Feels

 Hey there!  I am beyond excited for fall to get here.  My hubby decorated the house this weekend with all the fall decorations and I think it looks beautiful in here!  The kids all went back to school (well two are at home for e-learning, one went back half days to school and one is currently at work) so I'm taking some time for ME and coloring this spooky sweet house from Mariola Budek Art.  Each time I finish coloring one item on this picture it takes me another 15 minutes to figure out what color the next item will be. At this rate it may be actually October before I get it finished!
